Boxing Program

PAL Boxing has two locations. The facilities are fully equipped with a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags and personal boxing gear. Coaches are certified with USA Boxing and have many years of experience to maximize your boxing knowledge and techniques. For more information, please call the following:

Wrestling Program

PBC PAL Wrestling's (Gator Wrestling Club) goal is to introduce youth to the sport of folkstyle wrestling. We will emphasize the fundamentals of wrestling to include basic skills, drills and techniques in a fun and positive manner.  This is a free youth wrestling club located a Seminole Ridge High School, ages 7-14, call Sgt. Barry Staats at 561 358-0245 or email at staatsb@pbso.org for more information.

Basketball League

The PAL Basketball League sponsored by Jon Smith Subs and Roger Dean Stadium takes place during the Spring (March-May) and serves as one of our core sports. The league consist of teams from our Community Policing Sites and area non-profits.  Teams are located throughout Palm Beach County in 10 or more of the Community Policing Sites and are made up of youth 14 and under and in Middle School. All games are played at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth.

The league consist of teams from our Community Policing Sites and area non-profits.  Teams are located throughout Palm Beach County in 10 or more of the Community Policing Sites and are made up of youth 14 and under and in Middle School. All games are played at the Westgate Recreation Center.
