PROGRAMS & FIELD TRIPS

Our Youth Center is committed to providing a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all participants. The following guidelines help ensure the safety, well-being, and positive development of every youth in our program.

FIELD TRIP & PROGRAM FORMS

All field trips, program registrations, and permission forms must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.​

  • Youth participants are not permitted to fill out or sign forms on their own.
     

  • Forms that are incomplete or not signed by a parent/legal guardian will result in the youth not being allowed to participate in the activity or trip.
     

  • This policy is in place to ensure the safety, consent, and accurate information for all participants.

PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES
All PAL youth are required to participate in scheduled educational and recreational activities.​

  • Activities are designed to support learning, personal growth, teamwork, and healthy development.
     

  • Participation is expected unless there is an approved medical, academic, or family-related reason.
     

  • Youth are encouraged to be respectful, engaged, and cooperative during all activities.

Parents and guardians play a vital role in the success of our program. We encourage parents and guardians to:
Review program rules with their youth
Ensure forms are submitted on time
Communicate any concerns or special needs with staff
