

GENERAL INFORMATION

INTRODUCTION
The Palm Beach County Police Athletic League and our partners would like to welcome you and your youth to the Youth Center. To ensure that your youth gets the most out of our programs, we would like you and your youth to read the Palm Beach County Police Athletic League Handbook including program rules, regulations and the code of conduct. These guidelines are designed to inform parents/guardians and participants of the expected conduct while at the Youth Center.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Access to the center is for youth, ages 8-18, the facility is open to youth at no cost. The center hosts a number of daily activities, special events, specialty camp, learn and serve, and fieldtrips. If a youth has dropped out of school, they are required to be seeking a GED and job training to continue to use the youth center.

REGISTRATION
All potential participants must fill out the Youth Center Registration Form and have it signed by their parent or legal guardian. Participants will be required to provide the following information:

1. Current Contact Information, Address, Age, School
2. Medical Insurance Information and Medical Conditions of the Youth
3. Sign the Code of Conduct Form
4. Sign the Release of Liability Form
Youth will be unable to engage in any activities, services, or other facility offerings until all requirements are met.

HOURS WHILE SCHOOL IS IN SESSION Monday Thru Friday 2:00PM - 7:00PM

NO SCHOOL & SUMMER HOURS
Monday Thru Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
​Our youth centers observe the following official holidays:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day +, and Christmas +. Hours and program schedules are subject to change without notice, although Staff will make every effort to keep you and your youth informed.
